”I believe you have my stapler?!”
If you read that quote and don’t immediately picture Milton and his red Swingline, please go watch “Office Space!”
No matter what, you’re going to want to add KBShimmer Un-Staple – a nail polish homage to Milton – to your May Polish Pick Up wish list!
For those that might be reading about it for the first time, Polish Pick Up is a once-a-month event where customers vote on a theme, indie polish makers create polishes around that theme, and the items (polish, cuticle oil, shower bombs, jewelry, stamping plates – the variety is awesome!) go on sale for four days only!
May’s Polish Pick Up will be May 4-May 7, and the theme is the 1990’s!
KBShimmer is participating again and Un-Staple is a creative take on the theme! Christy says that Milton is her favorite. The color is inspired by the idea of Milton sitting at “his monotone desk in shades of gray, blue and beige, with that one pop of color, his red stapler, stealing the show.”
Un-Staple is a deepened blue-leaning slate jelly base with micro holo flakes and red copper shimmer.
Check out my swatches!
This polish is gorgeous. I believe I used three coats because I wanted more depth but it’s opaque in two on my shorter nails.
Un-Staple will retail for $10, and there is no cap on purchasing. Will this be on your Polish Pick Up wish list?!
When open, shop the PPU website here. Remember – you can only purchase this over the first weekend of May! Don’t forget to keep up with the selling platform and KBShimmer – the Polish Pickup Facebook page is here, and KBShimmer here!
