Disclaimer: I purchased this.
I’ve been using KBShimmer Picture Perfect Cuticle Cream for a few months now, and I finally decided to write about it!
KBShimmer says that Picture Perfect Cuticle Cream is “the swatching solution you have been looking for.” For bloggers who are on the hunt for a cuticle product that can help eliminate dry imperfections when you’re trying to photograph swatches of a collection, Picture Perfect provides that moisture without the shine and puddles around your cuticles.
It also eliminates the acetone whiteness you get when you’re painting, removing, painting, removing.Your fingers don’t look greasy because the cream soaks in, leaving a silky smooth, but matte look for perfect pictures. And that’s exactly how it feels. Silky.
I purchased multiple scents the two times I purchased this, and I have just about finished one of my holiday scents, Gingerbread Men!
I actually haven’t used these in a swatchfest, because I haven’t had one recently. But I use these creams on a daily basis, two or three times a day, and I squeeze out a certain amount that is a bit more than I need for my cuticles, and use the rest to moisturize my hands.
It’s truly “perfect.” The formula is lightweight but keeps my cuticles and hands moisturized for a while. The scents I own are strong but pleasant to me – I own Southern Belle (discontinued), Pink Sugar, Gingerbread Men, Very Merry Cranberry and Cocoa and Cookies. There are other scent options, as well as a fragrance-free choice for those with sensitivity to scent.
Here’s an example of how it can help blur dry skin imperfections!

This is the cuticle product I keep in my purse, by my night stand, on the desk in my beauty office.
These creams retail for $4.50 on the KBShimmer site here, and you get 15 mL in product. The tube is a great design that you can clip onto your purse or shove inside a pocket. Perfect for those with large purse or small bag preferences, and those who just want something for their pocket!
Have you tried Picture Perfect Cuticle Cream?
