Psychedelic Summer Nail Look

Purchased by me.

I picked up the cremes in the China Glaze Electric Nights collection a few weeks ago (I passed on the glitters) because I saw some amazing water marbles and I hoped to try it myself.

Finding time to set up and marble has been tough, but I couldn’t wait to get these neon polishes on my nails. I picked out my KBShimmer Swirls vinyl nail decals and decided to have a little fun with two of the polishes – an electric yellow called Daisy Know My Name? and a bright bubble gum pink neon called Glow with the Flow.

Here’s how it turned out:

It looked a bit psychedelic to me!

The swirl decals were a little trickier for me to lift up than other vinyl shapes I’m used to, so I wasn’t absolutely neat in my art, but I LOVED the effect and you really couldn’t tell unless you looked very closely at my nails! I have to practice!

The Swirls vinyl nail decals can be found here on the KBShimmer site for $5. I’ve seen the Electric Nights collection all over the place (Ulta, Sally’s, online, etc.) and personally picked mine up on Transdesign.

There are a lot of great neon polish collections for summer. Have you done any fun summer neon nail art, aside from water marbling? I’d love to hear what you’ve done!

I bought the set of minis and they are awaiting some fun designs but are still unused. IDK why I bought them since I have tons of neons… oh well I hope you and baby and daddy are settled in!

I did this mani and then did my water marble – which I loved!! I didn’t need these either but the flesh is weak lol!!! We are getting into a routine for sure but it’s definitely a whole new world with a little 🙂
