One of the most interesting booths I stopped at while wandering the aisles at Cosmoprof North America Las Vegas last month is this brand: Snap.
Snap is a line of perfumes meant for your pocket – and meant as one of those items you see at the cash register when you check out at a grocery store or convenience shop.
Snap launched in October 2013, and has done well in the United Arab Emirates, so the company is trying to go global, including the U.S.A.!
Snap comes in three scents for women, and in three scents for men, 20 ml each, packaged in a light weight, compact and what feels like throw-away package that retails for $10.
This month, the brand is launching deodorant sprays for underarm or the body, too.
Snap sent me away with my own perfume for my pocket, and I gave it a whirl. Check it out as I unwrapped it:
I wore the scent I choose, Snap /88, as my perfume of the day recently. I sprayed it on my inner wrists, behind my ears, on my chest and away I went.
This might be a $10, last-minute supermarket checkout counter purchase, but it has great staying power, taking me through the work day!
Here’s the detail on the scent I picked: “Created for a woman who is enthusiastic and full of life. Snap /88 for Her is exciting yet delicate, an arrangement of scents alluring, sweet and playful. Composition: Blood Orange, Japanese Ouzo, African Violet, Osmanthus on a base of Cashmere married to a sensual ambergris.”
I enjoyed almost all the scents, and I’m pleased with the performance for a $10 product. This will come in handy next time I travel, for sure, and it fits nicely into one of the inside pockets that almost all my purses have.
Have you ever heard of Snap? Have you ever purchased something like this at the cash register, even if you’re buying groceries?! I’d love to hear your thoughts!
