By now you’ve seen swatches of the OPI Coca-Cola collaboration, so I figured I’d try a little something different and share my pics of not just swatches, but how I wore these polishes!
I picked up all of them except two. And I’ve enjoyed working my way through them, wearing them with nail art! I’ve got most of the ones I wore here today!
I have a MoYou London stamping plate with a Coca-Cola bottle on it, so I figured – why not? My stamping, no matter how many times I tried (and I tried a bunch), came out smudged so you could not see the name clearly. But it still looks like a soda bottle. I added square white studs for accents, too. This is two coats of polish.
You’re So Vain-Illa:
I decided to add a piece of 3D nail art to my plain You’re So Vain-illa mani. This is one of my favorite colors from the collab, it’s really pretty. I’m not, however, a fan of Vanilla Coca-Cola! I used two coats of this polish for my mani.
My Signature is “DC”:
If this mani looks familiar, it’s because I showed it here when I reviewed KBShimmer’s new Nail Vinyls. This polish is my favorite from the collection. It’s a stunning silver foil, probably going on my top polishes of 2014 list! I used two coats of this polish. It was a great formula to work with.
Get Cherried Away:
I used OPI I Reached My Gold as an accent for this NOTD (nail of the day)! I might not like Vanilla Coke, but I love Cherry Coke! And this color is one of my favorites from the collab. I am definitely into my neons and brights for summer, but I’m all types of in love with this black cherry cutie. I used two coats of Get Cherried Away, and I Reached My Gold.
Green on the Runway:
I wore Green on the Runway straight-forward, two coats, with top coat, and of course, managed to get some bubblies in there. I’m in love with this duochrome.
What did you pick up from this collaboration? How did you wear them?!
