Disclaimer: Purchased by me

I’ve been growing a long list of items I wanted to try from Lime Crime, and I hauled many of them at IMATS NYC!

One of those items on my list is the brand’s Liquid Eyeliner. Now, I can purchase liquid eyeliner anywhere, anytime. But I was dying to try two of the shades that the brand offers – Blue Milk and Citreuse! I have blue and green eyeliners in my collection, but nothing like these!

Here’s a look at the brush. I love that the cap is about half of the length of the wand, so you can really have control over application.

Here’s how I wore Blue Milk. I’m showing pictures in a variety of lighting settings, natural/shade and flash:

I paired Blue Milk with Lime Crime’s Eye Shadow Palette D’Antoinette. I loved how thin I could make the line, and how much control I had over it during application. Most importantly, I loved that it was pigmented and smooth, so that I didn’t get balding as I applied it, which I’ve sometimes experienced with colors liquid liners.

In addition to all this,Blue Milk stayed put all day! I was so impressed.

Here’s how I wore Citreuse:

I did a bolder eye look pairing Citreuse with these Glamorous Chicks Cosmetics Shimmer Powder eye shadows (I used Dark Rose in the crease, Modern Mauve on the lid and Dark Yellow on brow to highlight. But I loved the contrast.

The quality of Citreuse was equal to Blue Milk. I love them both!

Lime Crime’s Liquid Eyeliners retail for $14 on the brand’s website here. Unfortunately right now, Citreuse and Blue Milk are sold out. I really want to pick up Orchidaceous but I’m waiting for the purple Velvetine to launch, so I can order the rest of what I’d like all at once (Red Velvet Velvetine is on that list, as well!)

So what do you think of Lime Crime’s Liquid Eyeliner? Have you tried it? Do Blue Milk or Citreuse appeal to you?!
