Because of my wedding, I wasn’t able to preview the latest Nail Art Society kit. But when I saw all the other lovely Renowned Artists posting their looks and links, I couldn’t WAIT to get my hands on it. This one is called Accent with Attitude!

Renowned Artist Emily from Lacquerologist helped curate this kit!

Included in my kit:

  • Mint Nail Polish in Sweet Liberty
  • 3 Hex Nail Jewelry pieces (a bumble bee, “brat” and double hearts)
  • Baggie of gold square studs
  • Creme Curved Tip Tweezers from The Creme Shop

I LOVED the Hex Nail Jewelry so much – I placed an order for more!!

These tweezers were incredibly helpful in grabbing the studs and placing them!

Here’s a look I did with the kit:

I’m still getting back into the swing of things, so my look wasn’t crazy but it was very Valentine’s-ish! I don’t care for the “brat” nail jewelry, and will probably give it away, but I love the bee (I can’t wait to use it with some yellow texture polish!) and I loved the hearts. When I placed my order, I got a second double heart so I can have one for each hand next time!

The Mint Nail Polish in Sweet Liberty was a nice lacquer. It applied smooth and I used two coats. It wore well on me for two days, with my Holy Grail Cult Nails Wicked Fast top coat.

Overall, I liked this kit. I would have rather had the fox or owl charms, or the “I do nails” charm, or a lot of others besides the “brat” charm, but two out of three is great odds on what I did like! LOL I liked the brand so I ordered more. The charms, which retail for about $1.50, or a quarter more depending on size,  are reusable (per the packaging instructions, as you can see above), and I like that – totally worth it. I had to rub the polish off mine with some nonacetone remover, because I loaded top coat on it to keep it in place. I did not damage the plating, far as I can see.

Sweet Liberty retails for $12 on the Mint Nail Polish website.

The Creme Shop Tweezers aren’t available through the brand’s site, as it is in the process of launching!

If you are interested in signing up for the next kit, the deadline is December 15.

So did you get this kit? What do you think?! I got a sneak peek into the next kit and it is AWESOME. Can’t wait to share more about it.
