Armour Beauty is where rock n’ roll meets lip gloss. Just ask Theo Kogan, model, actress, singer and creator of the brand. She’ll tell you that she wanted to create a lip gloss that was stay put, but have a rock n’ roll edge to it!
Originally launched in 2008, the brand relaunched in 2010 and lists 23 colors – broken down into two gloss categories, shimmers and opaques – that are designed to wear long, and moisturize lips. Key moisturizing ingredients include avocado, mango and olive butters and oils, shea butter, and grapeseed oil and vitamin E.
The naming system is purely personalized. Theo named her glosses after her favorite clubs, songs and legendary pop culture and music icons; I love when a cosmetic line has such personal touches!

Theo did a great job in developing a lip gloss that stays put, and continues to feel glossy for hours. It has a very light, vanilla and grapefruit scent that isn’t overpowering. I was happy not to have to touch this up throughout a five-hour work morning of wear, although I was ready for it at lunch time.
Here is Theo, sporting one of her newer colors, Divine:
I love her combo of thick, black eyeliner with a light gloss! She looks hot!
Cat Club and the rest of the Armour Beauty glosses are available on the brand’s website (linked to at the top of the post!) for $21 per 6.5 ml tube. The glosses are paraben and cruelty free.
