I picked up this Baked Powder Eye Shadow Collection by Jesse’s Girl at my local Rite Aid right before my trip to Las Vegas in July.
My only experience prior to using this was with Jesse’s Girl Eye Dusts. The Eye Dusts are a great loose shadow, so I figured I couldn’t go wrong with this palette!
Here are swatches on my arm:
The swatches are in palette order, from left to right from the first row to the third row.
In these swatches, the first part of the swatch is over Urban Decay Primer potion, the bottom halves are not. You can see the difference with some of the shades; I would recommend eye shadow primer.

With primer, I was pleased with the pigmentation of these shadows.
I have used the palette a couple times, but remembered only once to snap photos for my blog! Here’s a blue/purple/pink look that I loved!:
I also used Jesse’s Girl pencil liner in Black for this look.
Overall, I think this palette is a good steal at $6.99! It’s versatile to give you cool looks with the purples, blues and pinks, and warm looks with the copper, smokey black/white and green. The shadows lasted on me all day over primer. Having hooded, sometimes oily eyelids, I am grateful when eye shadow can stick it out through the work day or evening!
This palette is sold at Rite Aid, but if you can’t find it, it’s also sold on Jesse’s Girl website!
