I haven’t done a Kleancolor post in a while. And I have a lot of polishes from my Kleancolor web site and BeautyJoint.com hauls a few months ago that are still unswatched and unworn that I want to share with you! Today I have pics of my mani yesterday, which included Kleancolor Chunky Holo Purple! It’s an iridescent glitter that I used as a top coat to transform Sinful Colors Paradise!
It is magical over the blue creme of Paradise!
Blurry on purpose to show the iridescence!:
Chunky Holo Purple just glows in the bottle, I could stare at it for a while. On the nail, the predominant color I noticed was the coppery pink or magenta, which created a nice effect against the blue creme. When I turned my nails in different directions you could very much see the green and blue in this Chunky Holo. The glitter is loaded into a very sheer purple jelly.
I am a sucker for duochrome and color-shifting polishes, glitters and flakies. It’s no wonder that I love this polish!
It was a pain to remove, but not as much of a pain as other glitters (Deborah Lippmann Candy Shop took forever. But it was totally worth it. Post coming!). I held the cotton ball soaked with acetone to my finger and melted the polishes a few seconds before putting a little elbow grease into removing them. It seemed to help the longer I held the cotton ball in place.
Paradise, it should be noted, is pretty on its own. I picked it up at Walgreens a few weeks ago.
So what do you think of this Kleancolor, and/or this combo? Have you tried any of Kleancolor’s Chunky Holo line?
